BGS Events – Quick Rules 

  • ✅ Join the Discord before the event starts

  • ⏰ Be on time — late arrivals may not be allowed

  • 👤 One account per person (no alts or bots)

  • 🎮 Play fairly — no exploiting or cheating

  • 💬 Respect others and follow server rules

  • 🏆 Winners are final — no appeals

  • 🎁 Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed correctly

  • ⚠️ Breaking rules may result in disqualification or bans


BGS Events Rules & Conditions

1. Event Overview
 BGS events are hosted via our official Discord server. Event dates, times, and formats will be announced in advance. By participating, you agree to comply with these Rules & Conditions.


2. Eligibility & Entry

  • Participants must be members of the official BGS Discord server

  • Participants must be present at the scheduled start time of the event

  • Only one entry per person is permitted

  • The use of alternate accounts, bots, scripts, or any form of automation is strictly prohibited

  • We reserve the right to verify participant identity and eligibility at any time


3. Winner Determination

  • Winners are determined based on event performance and, where applicable, final round outcomes

  • In the event of disqualification, rankings will be adjusted accordingly

  • All decisions made by event organisers are final and not subject to appeal


4. Prizes & Rewards
 Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

  • Robux

  • Discord-based currency

  • Digital rewards

Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives

  • Winners must meet any stated requirements (e.g. Roblox group membership) in order to receive prizes

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, including Roblox

  • Incorrect account details provided by participants

Failure to claim a prize or meet requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture.


5. Code of Conduct
 All participants are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and refrain from harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour

  • Follow all rules outlined within the Discord server

  • Refrain from using alternate accounts

  • Avoid exploiting game mechanics, bugs, or unintended features


6. Disqualification & Enforcement
 We reserve the right to:

  • Disqualify participants

  • Remove or adjust points or scores

  • Revoke prizes

  • Issue temporary or permanent bans

This may occur in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Cheating or exploitation

  • Multi-accounting

  • Misconduct or rule violations

We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for enforcement actions.


7. Discord Requirement
 Participants must be members of the official BGS Discord server prior to the start time of the event they wish to participate in. Failure to meet this requirement will result in ineligibility.


8. UK Compliance

  • No purchase is necessary to participate

  • These events do not constitute gambling

  • Winners are selected fairly based on performance

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of participants


9. Liability Disclaimer
 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGS shall not be held responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Discord outages or service interruptions

  • Game errors, bugs, or technical failures

  • Missed participation due to user error or failure to follow instructions

Participation is at your own risk.


10. Platform Disclaimer
 BGS events are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

  • Roblox Corporation

  • Discord Inc.


11. Amendments
 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel events, as well as update these Rules & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.


12. Acceptance of Terms
 By participating in any BGS event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and/or exclusion from future events.
