2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws

  • If under 18, have permission from a parent or guardian

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts & Responsibility

You may use accounts provided by third-party platforms, including:

  • Roblox accounts

  • Discord accounts

  • Fourthwall accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your accounts

  • Any activity conducted under your accounts

  • Providing accurate information when making purchases or joining memberships

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or compromised accounts

  • Incorrect account information provided by you

  • Failure to receive prizes, products, or membership benefits due to account issues

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or alternate accounts

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our Services

  • Interfere with purchases, memberships, or payment systems

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Gain an unfair advantage in events

No cash alternatives are provided unless required by law.

We may substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.

Prize delivery:

  • Incorrect details provided by users

Failure to meet requirements may result in forfeiture.

  • Remove entries or scores

  • Withhold or revoke prizes

  • Suspend or permanently ban users

This includes:

  • Cheating or manipulation

  • Use of alternate accounts

  • Providing false information

  • Misconduct or rule violations

We are not required to provide explanations for our decisions.

6.6 Event Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical failures or connectivity issues

  • Lost, delayed, or failed entries

  • Platform outages (including Discord, Roblox, or Fourthwall)

  • Disruptions beyond our control

7. Purchases, Memberships, and Digital Products

Our Services may offer:

  • Paid memberships

  • Merchandise

  • Digital products

  • Subscriber-only content or benefits

These services may be processed through Fourthwall and its payment providers.

By making a purchase or joining a membership, you agree that:

  • Prices and availability may change at any time

  • Payments are handled by third-party payment processors

  • Membership benefits may change, be updated, or be discontinued

  • Digital items and memberships are generally non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders

  • Revoke membership access for violations of these Terms

  • Limit quantities or availability

Shipping, refunds, billing, and payment processing may also be subject to Fourthwall’s terms and policies.

8. Virtual Currency and Digital Rewards

Our Services may include virtual rewards such as Robux or Discord-based currency.

By using our Services, you acknowledge:

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash

  • They may be modified, removed, or revoked at any time

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of virtual currency

  • Changes made by Roblox Corporation

  • Removal or reset of Discord-based currency

All virtual rewards are provided “as is.”

Our Services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including:

  • Roblox Corporation

  • Discord Inc.

  • Fourthwall

  • Mailchimp

  • Payment processors used by Fourthwall

We are not responsible for:

  • Availability, functionality, or policies of these platforms

  • Actions taken against your accounts by these platforms

  • Payment processing errors or third-party service outages

You must comply with their respective terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, products, and materials are owned by or licensed to Bloxy Game Studios.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission.

11. User Content

By submitting content (e.g. messages, usernames, reviews, uploaded content, or event participation), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Platform Disclaimer

Our Services and Events are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

  • Roblox Corporation

  • Discord Inc.

  • Fourthwall

By using our Services, you release these platforms from any related liability.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
